Simple Test for Assessing Physical Fitness


A simple test to assess physical fitness
(both jokingly and seriously)

    This simple test will help you independently evaluate your physical condition and obtain information on what needs to be done to improve it.
      If you answer affirmatively to several of the questions below, it can be assumed that you are not in very good shape. Try to reflect on the questions to which you answered affirmatively.
  
   1. Are you overwhelmed by yawning all day long?
   2. Do you feel exhausted when you wake up in the morning, to the point that you don’t want to get out of bed?
  3. Do you find actions requiring minimal effort (climbing stairs or shopping) tiring?
   4. Do you feel that by noon or a little later, you have no strength left?
   5. Do you feel drowsy for most of the day?
   6. Do you give the impression of being a lethargic person?
   7. Do you feel exhausted?
   8. Do you often fall asleep early in the evening when you are reading or watching television?
   9. Do you have difficulties dealing with everyday problems?
   10. Do you experience nagging pains?
   11. Is it hard for you to relax?
   12. Do you often feel irritated towards other people?
   13. Do you often feel too fatigued to actively spend your free time?
   14. Do you frequently have health problems (colds, back pain, etc.)?
   15. Do you feel that you usually lack energy and vitality?  
 
  Results:
   0 “Yes” answers – trained athlete. Excellent physical condition.
   1-2 “Yes” answers – trained amateur. Good physical condition.
   3-5 “Yes” answers – solid average. Average physical condition.
   6-8 “Yes” answers – burdened by problems individual. Poor physical condition.
   9-12 “Yes” answers – workaholic at the breaking point. Physical condition requires immediate correction.
   13-15 “Yes” answers – chronic fatigue. Urgently take care of your health!
