      Gudzenko Natalia Vasylivna – Associate Professor of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacognosy, Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor.

      Born on April 26, 1978.

       In 2000, she graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State University, Faculty of Chemistry, specializing in “Chemistry and Chemical Technology of High Molecular Compounds”.
     After graduating from university, she fulfilled her great desire to study in graduate school at the Institute of High Molecular Compounds of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv (IHVC NASU), where she spent unforgettable years (2001-2004).

 
     She defended her candidate dissertation at the age of 26 and received the scientific degree of Candidate of Chemical Sciences (2004).
      After defending her dissertation, she worked for a long time as a research associate at IHVC NASU (2004-2015), and since 2015, she has been a senior research associate at IHVC NASU.
 
     In 2016, she received the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, and Chemistry of the Kyiv Medical University of the Ukrainian Association of Folk Medicine.

       

      Since early childhood, Natalia Vasylivna has tried to teach everyone, so now she successfully combines her scientific and teaching activities.
     Since 2006, she began her teaching career at the Department of Chemistry, then at the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, and Chemistry of the Kyiv Medical University of the Ukrainian Association of Folk Medicine, teaching such subjects as analytical chemistry, medical chemistry, bioorganic chemistry, and currently teaches pharmaceutical chemistry.

     Main achievements and awards:

– Laureate of the State Prize of the President of Ukraine for Young Scientists (2008), Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (2004-2005), Fellow of the President of Ukraine (2008-2010), Fellow of the Mayor of Kyiv (2010), was the head of a NASU grant (2010-2012).
– Author of more than 150 scientific works, including 42 scientific articles, as well as abstracts of reports at national and international conferences, and 6 methodological works.

     Natalia Vasylivna’s motto is “Learn, know, and understand!!!”.

     Natalia Vasylivna has a wonderful family – a husband and two wonderful children – a son and a daughter. Her life is movement, so she tries to lead a healthy lifestyle – she is a member of the “Scientist” Sports Club and participates in various sports runs of medium and long distances.
