CORIANDER (= CILANTRO), leavesCoriander (= cilantro) is notable for its vitamin K (phylloquinone) content (258.3% of the daily requirement in 100 g), beta-carotene (78.6%), vitamin C (ascorbic acid) (38.6%), alpha-tocopherol (16.7%), folic acid (15.5%), lutein and its isomer zeaxanthin (14.4%), pantothenic acid (11.4%).
