     The storage root of parsley (Petroselinum crispum var. tuberosum) is characterized by a high concentration of vitamin K (phylloquinone) (137.0% of the Daily Value [DV] per 100 g), ascorbic acid (39.0%), and pyridoxine (30.0%).
