which exhibits significant antioxidant and anticarcinogenic properties; however, the fruit
overall possesses a relatively limited vitamin profile. Among the mineral elements, the predominant constituents are: rubidium (77.0% DV per 100 g),
silicon (40.0%),
boron (25.7%),
cobalt (20.0%), and
potassium (9.4%). Furthermore,
watermelon contains measurable quantities of silver (7.1%).
