      Fresh figs (Ficus carica) exhibit a relatively modest vitamin concentration, but are characterized by a significant concentration of specific macro- and microelements: boron (211.0% of the Daily Value [DV] per 100 g), silicon (170.0%), rubidium (63.0%), chromium (22.0%), cobalt (13.0%), thallium (12.5%), nickel (11.0%), vanadium (10.0%), molybdenum (9.6%), and potassium (9.0%).
      Figs are rich in total phytosterols (56.3% DV per 100 g), within which beta-sitosterol (22.7%) and delta-5-avenasterol (fucosterol) (13.8%) serve as the predominant sterols. The nutritional matrix is further distinguished by its mono- and disaccharide fraction (22.0%), composed primarily of glucose (32.0% DV) and fructose (13.0%), as well as pectic substances (60.0%) and dietary fiber (14.0%). The fruit contains minor quantities of starch (0.8 g per 100 g) and sucrose (0.8 g).
      The total purine base content per 100 g constitutes 6.7% of the daily allowance.
      It should be noted that figs exhibit a notable capacity for the bioaccumulation of the toxic ultratrace element thallium (12.5% of the daily allowance per 100 g).
